TPS is excited to announce their part in the first Echo Suites extended stay property by Wyndham. Opened in Spartanburg, S.C., TPS is proud to have provided the public area millwork and countertops, in addition to the guest room kitchen cabinets, vanities, and countertops. Combining business and pleasure, Kelley Knox, TPS president and a fervent pickleball enthusiast, introduced the exciting sport of pickleball to The Lodging Conference in 2021. The event became an instant hit as seventy-five avid picklers eagerly joined the tournament in its 3rd year to showcase their skills and enjoy some friendly competition.
Throughout the day, the courts were ablaze with thrilling Ernes, Berts, Joeys, Nasty Nelsons, and even some audacious Chicken Wings in the Pantry. Laughter and team spirit filled the air as participants engaged in lively matches.

This high use Springhill Suites features 157 guestrooms and a grand lobby showcasing stonework by The Product Source, Inc. Located in Downtown Baltimore, SpringHill Suites by Marriott is in walking distance of the Baltimore Convention Center, Oriole Park at Camden Yards, the National Aquarium in Baltimore and M&T Bank Stadium. WaterWalk extended-stay lodging was launched by the late Jack DeBoer, an industry visionary recognized as the leading innovator and provider of flexible lodging. The Product Source, Inc. worked alongside WaterWalk and Thomas Hospitality Group to finalize the guestroom cabinetry and countertop design in this first property of its kind that offers upscale short- and long-term extended stay accommodations. Studios, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom furnished and un-furnished suites required a variety of cabinet designs and countertops. The Product Source, Inc. has completed projects in NC, AZ, GA, and ID with additional projects in progress in FL, AL, AZ, and KS.
The New Residence Inn, Covington, GA features 123 extended-stay rooms on six floors. Guestroom millwork and countertops, in addition to public area countertops, were provided and installed by The Product Source, Inc. TPS has provided materials for more than 25 Residence Inns from Florida to New York to California.
A nature-influenced environment inspires the Elements by Westin design. Efficient use of space is achieved with sleek millwork and counters provided by The Product Source, Inc. This elite high-rise residence, in one of the hottest places to live in Nashville, features kitchen and vanity quartz from The Product Source, Inc. This 2-year project in one of Nashville’s trendiest neighborhoods, The Gulch, features a 360-unit, 10-story apartment community. TPS is excited to have been a part of this Hoar Construction project. This theatrically-inspired downtown property called for a touch of Louisiana drama. The Product Source, Inc. fabricated this “old style” stone to fit the style and atmosphere of this New Orleans project. TPS President and pickleball enthusiast Kelley Knox introduced pickleball to The Lodging Conference in 2021. This year it was our pleasure to join with other sponsors to host an enthusiastic group of players from slammers to dinkers and even some picklers (someone who is obsessed with Pickleball and cannot stop talking about it).
